TACO BELL MEXICAN PIZZA
8 small flour tortillas
1 C. Crisco (for frying)
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1/3 C. tomatoes ,diced
2/3 C. picante sauce
1/2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 C. Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 C. chopped green onions
1 lb. seasoned ground beef
Fry tortillas in Crisco until golden brown. Heat refried beans.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Stack one tortilla, refried beans, meat, another tortilla, picante sauce and cheeses. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
