2 C. Roma tomatoes, diced 1/2 C. red onion, diced 1 T. cilantro, chopped fine 1 T. fresh jalapeņos, seeded, chopped fine 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic 1/4 tsp. salt
Dice and strain tomatoes. Place tomatoes and red onion in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
