CRANBERRY BOG RESTAURANT KENTUCKY BOURBON PIE

9-inch unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1 C. granulated sugar
1/2 C. flour
1/2 melted butter (not warm)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 C. bourbon
1 C. chocolate chips
1 C. chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cream eggs and sugar, then add remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into pie shell. Bake until top is browned and pie is cooked through, 35 to 45 minutes.
