BURNING BUSH TURKEY PARMESAN
Source: Burning Bush Restaurant - Gatlinburg, Tennessee
3 oz. sliced turkey
1 T. diced onion
1 oz. mayonnaise
1 oz. Parmesan cheese
Divide and spread each over 1/2 slice of toasted French bread. Heat in 400ºF oven until slightly brown. Sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately. Yields one serving.
